One blip does not mean anything

When you really need to remember what's gone right

During the bathroom renovation, this week I had forgotten to buy a light fitting in time for the electrician.

My whole project management kudos came crashing down...!

Until - I had to remind him indoors (and the electrician) that it's easy to focus on what didn't go right. There has been a lot of this project that has gone smoothly, coordinating people, purchases and payments.

We found a temporary solution. It means that the electrician will fit up the new light when he's here doing something else that had been planned anyway. In fact, it's better because the decorating will be done by then, so no refitting.

Here's progress photo of a now usable bathroom. Yay, for a 'clean weekend'!
