Who is behind Clear as a Bell?
About Clare Bamberger
I have coached and trained dozens of people - business owners, new team managers, heads of department, directorate teams and CEOs in SMEs and charities in how to take new look, leave the BBAU behind and catch those opportunities.
After a single 90-minute sounding board session, Amelia said:

How did I get here?
I’ve spent a career setting up and running my own small language and consultancy service businesses and setting up new teams. To get faster and more sustainable results, I created the culture where teams work better together to have more impact.
Today I'm on a mission to share what I learnt to help you involve the right people at the right time, for lasting and sustainable success.
Career highlights
- Setting up the first Insight team at the House of Commons to improve and bring together all the strands of performance data across the services for clearer decision-making
- Setting up the first Insight team at international development charity Christian Aid to bring clarity in decision-making to strategic planners, fundraisers, volunteer managers and business management teams
- Consultancy bringing strategic and business planning, market research, impact measures to bust the myths and get robust evidence for making those big and small decisions. Clients including the Lord Mayor’s Appeal Charity, Mind, grant-makers, hospices, household name membership organisations and other businesses large and small
- Coaching for CEOs, finance and ops directors, leadership teams and managers to guide them to better decision-making for themselves and for their organisation, with a clearer sense of direction
- Customer satisfaction and customer perception reviews to find out what clients really think
- Trustee for a small international development charity with responsibility for fundraising and impact. Includes designing a theory of change to bring all the parts together.
Credentials
- Clare is a Certified coach, member of the Association for Coaching in the UK, a Certified Member of the Market Research Society and holds an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management and a BSc in Business Intelligence. She is bilingual and bi-national British - French.
